Karusmate is a Japanese wound sealant that comes in a tube and is applied directly to the tree using your finger as an applicator. The sealant is all natural and is made from the processing of seaweed. Karusmate stays very pliable even when dry and falls off the tree as it grows. It is used for sealing wounds as well as grafting seams which could dry out or introduce bacteria and mold if not sealed.

The dried color is a dark brown which blends in very well with the tree your working on and does not draw attention. This stuff goes a long way so one tube will last you quite some time.
